Prices
All prices, fees and charges are agreed as stated in the price lists of each apartment on the website at the time of booking. Apartment prices depend on the number of persons and are per apartment per night.The price includes the rent for the apartment including one parking place and the additional costs for hot water, electricity and garbage. Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay.The final cleaning is charged with 30€.Weekly intermediate cleaning is possible on request.Each apartment is fully furnished and has the equipment described on the respective apartment page.

Booking data
For the booking, each guest must provide the following data:Name, e-mail address as well as the number of guests who will use the apartment.The apartment may only be used by the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Visitors must be registered with the landlord. Due to the Federal Registration Act Croatia we are obliged to record the data of all guests. These are partially processed statistically and transmitted in anonymous form to the municipality of Okrug Gornji or the National Statistical Office via e-visitor.hr if required by law.
In the event of a violation and the accommodation of additional, unregistered guests, the landlord may ask all guests to leave immediately without paying any compensation.

Booking confirmation and deposit
After the booking is completed, the guest will receive a booking confirmation with all booking details.After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required.The deposit is to be paid within 14 days by bank transfer, the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival or as agreed on site.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees:Up to 30 days before your arrival you have the possibility to cancel free of charge. If the cancellation is made after that, or the arrival fails to take place, the deposit will be retained.

Check In – Check Out
Arrival: On the day of arrival, the apartment is available to the guest from 2 pm.Departure: On the day of departure, the guest must have left the apartment by 10 a.m. (In case of departure after 10 a.m., an additional night will be charged) The guest is obliged to present his valid travel documents (identity card or passport) to the landlord upon arrival.

Pets
Pets are allowed only in agreement!

Behavior and responsibility
Guests are asked to behave responsibly and considerately at all times.The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Damages of any kind must be reported to the landlord immediately. The landlord reserves the right to claim from the guest the cost of any loss or damage to the apartment and inventory.The guest agrees to respect the stay of other guests in the apartment house at all times.Inconsiderate behavior that disturbs other guests and neighbors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the apartment/room. Smoking is generally prohibited in all apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and terraces.Internet use is free, as long as it does not violate the law. Criminal acts (especially illegal downloads, page views) will be reported and prosecuted.The guest alone is liable for unlawful use of the Internet.
